When my child is going to be absent whom should I call?

Can I prepay for my child’s lunch?
YES, YOU MAY PREPAY FOR THE LUNCH.

If my child is absent for less than 3 days, can I request his/her homework?
NO, THE CHILD NEEDS TO BE ABSENT 3 OR MORE DAYS.
PLEASE CALL IN THE MORNING SO THAT THE TEACHERS HAVE TIME TO GET ALL THE HOMEWORK TOGETHER. HOMEWORK MAY BE PICKED UP AT 3:00 PM UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH THE TEACHERS.
When I need to pick up my child early, do I need to send in a note?
ANY PARENT/GUARDIAN WHO NEEDS TO PICK THEIR CHILDREN UP BEFORE DISMISSAL TIME SHOULD NOTIFY THE SCHOOL OFFICE WITH A NOTE, PHONE CALL, OR EMAIL.
Can my child ride another student’s bus if the parent is watching my child?
NO, DUE TO STATE REGULATIONS AND INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS ALL STUDENTS MUST RIDE THEIR ASSIGNED BUS.
Where do I pick up my child from after school detention and homework detention?
YOU MAY PICK UP YOUR CHILD FROM AFTER-SCHOOL DETENTION AND THE H.O.P.E. PROGRAM AT THE SIDE OF THE BUILDING PROMPTLY AT
PARENT MUST COME INTO THE BUILDING WITH ID TO SIGN THE STUDENT OUT.
